Customers love Action according to the Retail Brand Research

Action has the best price-quality ratio among all Dutch retail chains. For the first time, Action is also in the Top 3 of the strongest retail brands in the Netherlands. Additionally, Action is number 2 in terms of growth expectations. We are proud of this because these good scores in the Retail Brand Research 2023 were determined by Dutch consumers.

In thirty years in the Netherlands, with its unique formula, Action has won the hearts of many customers. That customers appreciate this is evident from the strong growth of the company, both in the Netherlands and abroad. And now also from the great scores in the Retail Brand Research 2023, which were announced on April 20th.

The Retail Brand Research is an annual survey among Dutch consumers, in which the strength of the 100 largest retail brands is determined based on 40 factors. The survey is conducted by Hendrik Beerda Brand Consultancy and the University of Amsterdam.
