Action in Poland named best employer in 2026

Action has been named the best employer in the retail sector for 2026 by Forbes Magazine Poland, the renowned business platform. This is the third year in a row we have been recognised, following our first place in 2024 and second place in 2025.

Over 20,000 employees from 2,000 different companies in Poland filled out anonymous online surveys conducted by Forbes Magazine and Statista. Areas of research included the reputation and growth in the Polish market, employee relations, management, development and prospects, workload, sustainability and working conditions.

We are proud to receive this title as we aim to create a work environment where everyone feels welcome and has opportunities to grow. A big thank you to our Polish colleagues for their contribution and commitment.
