Action achieves a triple Retailer of the Year win in Germany and a double win in Austria!

Action had been recognised as Retailer of the Year in the Non-Food Discounter category in both Germany and Austria, marking the fifth year in a row that we have received this recognition.

In addition, Action achieved the highest overall score for price-quality across all retail categories in both countries. This recognition demonstrates that customers value the combination of good-quality products at the lowest prices that makes Action unique.

Germany celebrated an additional achievement this year. For the first time, Action was also recognised as the overall Retailer of the Year across all categories. This means that, across all retail sectors, customers in Germany rated Action highest overall.

Together, these recognitions reflect the trust and appreciation of our customers and the dedication of our colleagues across stores, distribution centres and offices.
