Action named Germany’s Most Valuable Employer in 2026

We are proud to share that Action has been named the Most Valuable Employer in the Non-Food Discounter category. The award is issued by the F.A.Z. Institut in cooperation with market research company ServiceValue. This is the fourth consecutive year we have won this title in Germany.

This award has been the result of two components: a survey which covered areas such as growth, workload, and employer benefits, and social media and online monitoring, evaluating how Action is viewed online. Action received the maximum available number of points.

We are proud to receive this title as we aim to create a positive work environment where everyone feels welcome and has opportunities to grow. A big congratulations and thank you to our German colleagues!
